The SmartME system has three main sides or 'views'. Depending on the rights that the user has, the system will automatically lead the user to the right view after logging in.
The three main views are:
The Fund Management View, the Applicant View, and the Evaluation View.
The Applicant View and Evaluation View are very similar, and both are configured and controlled from the Fund Management side.
For example, on the Fund Management side if you adjust the colors of the system, they will then be displayed on the Applicant View and the Evaluation View, however, the Fund Management side will not change.
The ways in which the Fund Management side of the system is used to configure the Applicant and Evaluation Views will be looked at in more detail later.
